Star Einstein needs a forever home

http://www.hua.org/Dogs-For-Adoption/Einstein.html

Look at this cutie!!!

Einstein is aptly named. He is one smart little fellow. He is adorable and loves both people and other dogs. He is always looking for what will benefit him most, such as ways to get the people's food, ways to sneak out the door when the people aren't looking, etc. His thinking cap is always on and his wheels are turning fast. He is a delightful little fellow. He is a real love bug. He will require a bit of parenting at first and keep you on your toes!

Einstein was born 01/01/04. He weighs 9 pounds. Einstein is a male Yorkshire Terrier.

Have you found a forever home for him? Where are you located?

Oh, he's not mine - he's at this rescue in Nebraska http://www.hua.org/Dogs-For-Adoption/Einstein.html

Maybe that would be too far for you to go & get him. I believe they do fly too. Please check out the website & let us know if you get him. He is really a cutie!!

Is his adoption open to those in NJ or just in his home state? Elaine

I think they adopt all over the country - if you look at some of the others on the website that say they've been adopted, it usually tells what state they went to - all across the country

here's the adoption information & it links to the app http://www.hua.org/adopt.html

God he is the twin to my 10 year old Yorkie Newman that we lost this past summer to cancer. I literally started balling when I saw him. I showed hubby and he even said OMG he looks just like Newman. Elaine

oh, your words made me start crying. Anyway you can bring him home? They only charge a $200 adoption fee & they will fly

There are other Yorkies there as well. Check out hua.org and look for adoptions. I have emailed them about a Yorkie, and they were less than helpful. However, this is a very large acreage near Aurburn, Nebraska that takes in mostly dogs. It is run by a wealthy lady from Auburn, and they have taken in animals from all over the country. They often take puppy mill rescues.

MissSophie is right - there are other yorkies - I've started a separate thread on all of them

I think right now there are 4 yorkies there & some other adorables, including Billy, a Lhasa Apso/Maltese mix.

I have tried to find this place several times when I have been in Auburn but have had no luck. However, I do understand that it is a very good place, and all animals are well cared for. This woman is on a mission.
