the more i look at this dog the sadder i get.... i'm going to inquire about her.. it's not fair that she's a sr and has to live a shelter..

Here's the update. i called to get so info.. She is approx. 6 years old. They think she came from a breeder and when the breeder was done they just let her loose. They found her with another female yorkie who was adopted about a month ago. She is not housebroke and they feel she has never had a real home. She is a little bit on the bigger side at around 12 pounds.. This would be ALOT for me to take on so i'm thinking about it!

Lacey looks so sad. It makes me want to cry. How can someone just throw out a dog like that when they are finished with them and they are no longer useful? Wish we lived closer to Oklahoma. I just can't stand to think of her living in a shelter. Can you imagine her never having a home or experiencing real love and "princess like treatment"? She deserves a loving home and all the spoiling she can get.

i will i sent them all the pictures of my yard, etc. that they requested and last night got an e-mail saying they would be in touch soon!!

update:

i was suppose to take Star to visit "lacey" saturday.. since star is the smallest i wanted to make sure the new one would get along.. well friday night i get a call from the main lady at the shelter saying there was a little problem.. Lacey's kennel mate is apparently food aggressive and bit her =( they took her to the vet but he wanted to keep her through the weekend.. She e-mailed me saturday and told me that she was on antibiotics now.. My first day off will be next saturday so as of right now that's when we will go see her!
