| Something for the door I need something I can stick on the front door when Sammy is over to remind my Grandpa or any guests not to go out the front door. Callie is trained not to go out the door not matter what and she has no interest but Sammy is not and will dart out and not necessarily come back right away and can get by ANYONE. Normally we use the garage entrance and make sure the door is shut before opening the garage door and we have a free standing extending gate we use when the garage door is up and we need to go in and out. Sammy really really loves looking out the front door so we open the wood door and keep the glass door closed and locked but sometimes my Grandpa forgets and will go out the front door or like if we have out town of family over they will do it too and my mom gets terrified and after today my Grandpa forgetting yet again my mom threatened not to bring Sammy over again and Callie loves Sammy. So I need something that we could put on the door to remind people. Any ideas would be great.

| Taylor, I have two of these signs attached on each side of my outside gate. Even though Yazmin is never left unattended in my backyard, it still doesn't give me any peace of mind when my guests open my gate and don't think to shut it behind them! After putting this sign on each side, I've not found my gate left open since. The Seller makes custom signs at a reasonable price also. The words could be changed to, PLEASE CLOSE THE DOOR. I hope this helps. Attention Pets ON Premises Please Close Gate Sign | eBay |

| Or you could get fancy and make a wreath and stick a little stuffed Yorkie in the middle of the wreath! |

| Sometimes I use a plain old baby gate in front of the door to remind people about dogs escaping. Then they would have to move it to get out. I have also used this in a hotel room, in case someone does not pay attention to the do not disturb sign, when we have our dogs with us.

| We use baby gates to keep the boys out of the hallways that lead to doors to the outside. They are inexpensive gates ($9.99) that work like a tension rod and can be put up or removed easily. We also have the deck lined with xpens.

It's really sweet of you to want to help Callie have visitors of the 4 legged variety & to try your best to keep them safe!
