| Pet Gear Review! AWESOME!!! I posted a week or two ago about the Pet Gear Home n Go Play Pen that I'd ordered had been less than satisfactory. The box shows a hard liner for the bottom of the pen (or so I thought it was). When I opened the box it's a plastic material with velcro sewn on the bottom. I was expecting a hard plastic liner, not flimsy plastic material-like. I contacted Pet Gear and they explained that the replacement was intentional. because the tray doesn't fit in the box the product is packed in. I told them I was extremely unhappy and had even paid for rushed shipping because I wanted the item sooner and passed up free shipping. The woman said they could ship me a tray for the SMALLER size pen, which I'm happy about. It'll fit flush on one side and leave enough room for Mr Belvedere's bed. It's actually better that way if he misses his litter tray or turns his water bowl over he won't get his bed wet. So I got a box today. Again, NOT what I was expecting...but in a good way. They sent me an entire pen. Yup. The woman I spoke to said they'd send me the liner. Instead they sent me the entire pen with accessories. Now we have one 36X36 and one 36x24. We have the larger one in the bedroom, which Mr Belvedere stays in during the day. I set up the smaller one in the living room attached to his exercise pen. He immediately took all of his toys into the pen and fell asleep in it. Pet gear gets my seal of approval. They have great products and EXCELLENT customer service! I'll definitely buy their products again! Last edited by victoriasueno; 09-19-2008 at 10:13 PM. Reason: took out a coding error |

| I've owned things by petgear before and I've always thought they were good quality, but I never thought their products were spectacular. Now I've changed my mind. Their products are still good, but their customer service makes them stand out. I'm going to look at Pet Gear products before anything else when I need to buy something for my dogs. |
