| knot on neck Cozmo has a big knot on his neck. We just seen it last night. It doesn't seem to bother him. I did call the Vet and asked what he thought it might be. He didn't seem to know, So then I asked him if he notice it last week when we took him in to be checked out, and he said no to that also. We take him in today at 3:30. Lets hope it is nothing. I do know that Deiter and him rough house, So I hope it has nothing to do with that. The only thing that we have seen is that Deiter will bite his ears if he has had enough with Cozmo. So we are really watcing that and stop Deiter and tell him NO bad boy.

| You said "big knot" and I don't think Cozmo is micro-chipped yet is he? So I don't think this is it, but I thought I'd throw it out there. You can feel Coby's micro-chip. I felt it and asked the vet about it. He said that sometimes they migrate back nearer the surface and can be felt. The groomer felt it last time and asked me if he was micro-chipped. She said that it does happen and she has found a few and just wants to make sure that's what it is. Whatever it is, I hope it's nothing serious............

| My 5 year old yorkie had a big knot on the back of her neck, I kept an eye on it, as I was told it was probably a cyst, well, hubby and son said it was definitely getting bigger, so took her in to the vets, it was a tumor, but, thank God it was benign. They said these kinds are very common in dogs, and although they don't spread, you need to watch as they could get more..hows he doing and what did you find out? |
