YT 2000 Club Member | puppy food I have been doing research on the food for when I bring Jeter home in 10 weeks. I was thinking of using Merrick or Chicken soup for the Puppy lovers soul. Does any one use them? If so how does your dog like them? I was thinking of getting both and seeing wich one he likes best. I can find both at local pet supply stores in my area. Thanks for the help,Brandy |

YT 2000 Club Member | They are both 5 star rated food that is why I am looking into it. I was going to do prepared raw diet, but I can not find it in my area. I have talked to the vet we will be using and he has Science Diet that he will recommend, but I have not seen nice things about this food so Jeter will not be trying that one. |

| I recommend Solid Gold Just A Wee Bit. The kibble is teeny tiny and easy for a yorkie to eat. I am waiting for my yorkie to come home. She was just born two days ago. I will be transitioning her onto this food. My westie that has lots of allergies does really good on this food and he loves it. Good Luck with your choices!! Jennifer |

| I use Chicken Soup Puppy and the yorks do great on it. I start to wean the pups on Nutra-Source as the kibble is the smallest I have seen and the ingredients are great also. By the time they are 8 weeks old the kibble size on Chicken Soup is fine. |

Jeter will be 12 weeks old when I bring him home so the chicken soup 4 puppies would be ok for him. I sent for samples for a few companies that were 5 and 4 star. Thanks for the information. | |
