| Thnx for the quick reply. They usually ask if I missed a medicine when i take her for her shots and test for heartworm if I missed. Should I save the money and say i havent missed one or should i take the test? |

| If I understood you correctly, she really didn't miss, just 5 days late. Did you give her pill 5 days late? If so, she should be fine. You do have a grace period......What type of Heartworm is she on?

| With only being 5 days late, I'd just pick some up and start again and save the money and skip the test, IMO. She really didn't miss a dose, you are giving it a few days late. |

| I usually give Ellie hers late (about 3-7 days) on purpose because I don't think medicine suddenly evaporates out of/gets used up by their system in 30 days exactly. Her vet tests even if the dog has been on it year round anyway. You will be fine.

| Revolution prevent heartworm disease. Charlie had a heartworm test, negative and I apply Revolution monthly.
