| Healthy Kibble?? I plan on feeding my dog Honest Kitchen (it's a dehydrated natural food) but I want to leave kibble out for my Lillian when I'm not around. Can anyone recommend a healthy human grade kibble?? Do you even think that I will need the kibble?? Thanks!!!

| I'm getting her from JeanieK she will be 16 weeks. I don't exactly know her weight...but I don't think she'll be on the 5 1/2 pound side when she's full grown...I hope that helps

| She will probably be just fine on the Honest Kitchen food, unless you feel like you need to leave kibble down for her all day. My 3.5 lb maltese gets 3 homecooked meals per day and I do not leave any kibble down for her. She does fine and has energy all day! Lucky you!! I bet you're so excited to be getting one of her pups. Can't wait to see pictures! If you're worried about her getting enough to eat, you can always leave kibble down the first month or so while you get used to her. Does she have a history of hypoglycemia? Since I don't feed kibble anymore, I don't have any recommendations personally. But I have heard very good things about Canidae, Natural Balance Duck & Potato, Merrick... www.dogfoodanalysis.com Go there and check out the 4 and 5 star foods.

| if you go to the site and read the reviews check the pros and cons. a lot of the top ones say not suitable for puppies. |

I don't belive she has a history of hypoglycemia..I'm just being a worry wart!LOL. I will be with her 24/7 for the first 20 or so days that I get her (I don't start school until the 27th) and I was thinking it might be a bit of a shock to her. First she's at her home with her parents, then I will get her and when she gets settled in with me, then I will be starting school. Though she won't be alone for more than an hour at a time I don't want to take any chances. I'm uber excited about getting Lillian, Jeanie's dogs are sooo cute, so I know she has great genes!
