| What do you recommend? Hi all I'm trying to change Coco's food from Royal Canin (she's itching) to something else. I think some of you mentioned Nature's Balance and Innova being really good. Any other suggestions for food? Where can I buy this stuff? I couldn't find natures balance or innova on any of the pet store websites. Do they have a site of their own? Thanks Nobella |

| Thanks! Yea I'm really worried about Coco not taking well to the change. She loves her RC, but she itches so darn much. She doesn't have fleas or mites or anything but midrun, she stops and scratches. I feel bad for the little girl. Lately she's had a bit of a constipation problem too, just a little not too bad. I just wonder if the corn is taking it's toll. I hope she likes Innova or anything other than RC...HAHA |

| The trick is to mix it...but with Maximus he just picks out the RC..but same thing with the itch mid run....the vet said I have to change...so yesterday we gave him innova cold turkey and breakfast he didn't want it but lunch and dinner he ate it all...so we will see. As far as the constipation problem..if you give some fruit it will loosen up stools (no banana's)..peaches and watermelon should do it. |

| Thanks I will try that. I am always weary about giving anything other than dog treats or food but I guess fruit, other than grapes, couldn't hurt. I let her chew on carrots and apples because it feels good on her teeth (she won't stop biting me, because of her teething). I will try the peaches and watermelon though. Thanks so much for your help and I hope Maximus likes his new food. You'd think they'd love to have something new because they eat the same thing all the time but I guess not |

| Here is the link to the natural balance site: http://www.naturalbalanceinc.com/ Another member recommended it. Bunny was on Eukaneuba (which I am totally against) but I didnt want to change her food bc I was afraid it would upset her stomach or that she might stop eating, so I am going to get the organic natural balance and start mixing it with the Eukaneuba. They will tell you where to purchase it near you. I was very very impressed with the info and ingredients on food!

| I can only quote my opinion. Maggie has tried so many foods, including the Natural Balance. She ate that for one day, then snubbed her nose. You name it, she tried it. For the two weeks she has been eating Purina Pro Plan Small Breed Puppy Food. She loves it. She doesn't scratch anymore. She is fat as the town rat. My vet was very impressed with her being 13 weeks old and 3.5 pounds. My vet said she is a picture of health. Every dog has a different taste for food, just like people.

| Tammy- What size are the Natural Balance kibbles? I have been waiting for Bunny to get a little bigger bc when I went to buy a bag, I felt the kibbles and they felt a little big for her mouth. She is 17weeks/2lbs. Thank you!

| Chewy is on Natural Balance 100% now and he is fine. It is a really good food, I think. While they are pups, I think you just have to stick to the regular food but once they are a little older you can switch it around with the different flavors. Also, a few times a week I break up some pieces from the meat roll to add to his food and he goes CRAZY for it. |

| Rylee is on the nutro, or nutramax, it's at petsmart and she loves it. My cousin lives with us, she has a chihuahua, and her dog loves Rylees food too.
