| Bad Diarrhea with Hookworm for days? Help Ok, my baby of 17 weeks has had bad Diarrhea so of course I run him to the vet. They tell me he has hookworm and no big deal (stage 2 hookworm), give him 1/2 this pill and in three weeks, give him the other half. Ok, well I did that and he seemed fine yesterday, but still had bad Diarrhea, but was eating with lots of energy. The trainer came over last night and trained him for an hour with little bits of Venisen treats. (Looks like beef jerky) Pleaes Note, VERY LITTLE PICES, BUT MANY OF THE VERY LITTLE PIECES. Well, he has been pooping up a storm, don't know where he stores it all, but it is in piles and piles of poop. He seems lethageci and tired, usually he is a ball of energy. Any thoughts? Should I go back to the vet? It is probably the treats right? Is it ok not to give him Nutrical? Only reason is because he HATES it. Porr little guy, he just had his third bath in 3 days! He gets the poop all over him and sometimes he will step in it. Knowing he is not feeling well, I hate to bath him because it stresses him out. I hope he is going to be ok. Confused. |
