| Nutro Ultra Puppy Biscuits - No good?! Hi guys, I just read that some Nutro products were recalled. I've been feeding my 2 pups the puppy biscuits, should i not be doing that? Has anyone heard anything about it? Just to be safe, i'm not going to give it to them anymore, but i just wanted to check if anyone else was using that or if there is something i dont know about the manufacturing of those biscuits vs they way the food is manufactured that makes it ok |

| As far as I know, only the canned food was recalled. Unless it changed. I would check the Nutro site to make sure...actually, Im going to check myself. I feed Izzy the puppy biscuits too.

Thanks so much for the info! I was alittle scared there since I've been serving it to them for hte past week. I'm alittle finnicky so I'm just going to stop using the brand anyhow lol I don't risk much.. it seems the alot of the brands are adding more and more recalls to their products every few days, and i'd hate to find out like a few days from now that the biscuits are recalled too | |

| Yeah, I know what you mean. I was feeding him the ultra puppy dry kibble but stopped because he didnt want to eat it and plus he got sick from the canned food. But I didnt realize it was the food until the recall! Thank goodness he didn't get too sick. Now I feed him a freeze dried pre-mix where you add protein.

| None of Nutro's dry food or treats/biscuits were included in the recall. I had the Nutro Puppy drumsticks but I tossed them. Even though they were not on the recall, they had wheat gluten in them. After reviewing the ingredients, I wondered why I was giving them to my pups in the first place -- full of wheat, corn, and a host of chemicals. They were not crazy about them anyway and always made a mess with the crumbs. So -- looks like I had better get another order in for some Yorkie Yummies -- a treat we can always count on to have good ingredients!
