| Siu Pao back from pulling baby teeth & microchipping Siu Pao is back from the vet Were there at the vet by 9am and were told to call by 12.30pm and he was ready to come home! Originally they asked us to wait till 4pm but luckily they we didn't have to wait that long; only that the drive to the vet was a bit of a journey. Overall he seems fine, have not pooped yet today and ate some Gerber baby food but he looks sad They had his 4 baby canine teeth pulled (they were the only ones that didn't come out on its own), the roots seemed deep, I really don't think it will ever come off on its own with the roots so deep. We also had his nails trimmed to a good length because his quicks are long and we could never cut it to a proper length without putting him under because we don't want to hurt him. I think his legs hurt a little because he walks funny. I hope he will be back to his old self soon, he does look sad. Poor boy.

Phantom Queen Morrigan Donating Member | glad to hear everything came out ok. he's probably walking funny because his toe nails hurt. They probably had to cut the quick in order to get them short enough. tomorrow he should be better Also, he doesn't actually need to be eating the baby food because the dog food he crunches with his back teeth. Morgan had 6 teeth pulled and was happily eating her crunchy dog food 4 hours later
