| More info for home made dog/cat food recipes I just posted this in another thread but I wanted to start a seperate one so those who are interested in making your pet's food might see it too. I have 4 books here that all have recipes in them: Food Pets Die For by Ann. N. Martin (this is a very informative book!) Bone Appetit! Gourmet Cooking For Your Dog by Suzan Anson. (this book has several kibble recipes and the acknowledgments are pretty impressive! new choices in Naturel Healing for dogs and cats by Amy D. Shojai and the editors of Prevention Pets. and last but certainly not least..... Dr. Pitcairn's Complete Guide to Natural Health for Dogs and Cats by Richard H. Pitcairn, DVM PHD. & Susan Hubble Pitcairn. I'm sure there are more books on the market but these are the ones I have right now...I hope they will be helpful. |
