| I LOVE Natural Balance. They NOW are coming out with a RAW diet you can buy. It is only in a few states right now. I can't wait until it comes to mine.

| We fed Toto the Natural Balance roll for a long time and our vet heartily approved. [Notice the first ingredient is meat??] We also left the RC Yorkie 28 down for her to nibble. Our only problem, and the reason we had to switch, as inactive as she is ... she put on way too much weight. We now have her on Force [from The Honest Kitchen] mixed with a little chicken & english peas .... once a day. We keep Nutro Natural Choice Small Bites Lite down as her kibble and she loves it .... or perhaps she is desperate!!

| The company says you can use the Meat Rolls for full feed. But it is very concentrated food, so they would only get like a 1 - 1/2 inches slice a day. I give mine as a treat. I have puppies too and they need more protein than the rolls provide.

| After I typed that, my brain started working. The rolls have a lot of protein -- the percentages are more like canned dog food due to the moisture. The extra cup of coffee is helping. In fact the rolls are 40% moisture so the 11% protein divided by the 60% dry ingredients = 18% dry weight protein. Which is good for adults but still not good for puppies.
