Sometimes she will take one out & roll on it, rub her face on it & then eat it. Maybe as to say mine mine all mine. I dont know. I think she had to fend for food before & now it can lay on the floor all day with out the worry of someone taking it. Its a bit odd though, just wondered if any others did it.

Bella doesn't do that... It sounds cute though!

I haven't seen Eddie do that with food, but he does it with toys all the time. I think he's getting his scent on them so he can find them after burying them in the backyard.

abbie does that to bugs. I think she's claiming it with her scent. Either that, or she's trying to squish it. <smirk> Oh...and cat poo. She absolutely revels in rolling in cat poo. <gack!>

No Pippa doesnt do this with her food but she rolls on her toys thou!

Dogs & cat poo, thats why I gave up on having a cat. Now I have mice

Tilula doesnt roll on her food everytime, its funny, but i wish i knew what it meant. Maybe its the equivalent of a kid licking its finger & touching something to call it, like the last slice of pizza. You know you had a mean sister that did that, I was the mean sister that did it at my house.

Maybe she gets it from me.
