| How long does a bully stick last? Hi Everyone, My 12 week-old yorkiepoo (Mr. Kobe) seems to be tearing through the bully stick that I bought him 2 days ago. How long do they usually last (with chewing a couple of hours a day)? And are there any type of bully sticks that don't smell like the monkey house at the zoo? thanks in advance!! -lsf |

| It depends on what size the bully stick is. The small ones (6 inches or so) can last Gracie up to a week. So far, every one that I bought her stinks!

| I give Kona and Bernie Merrick's Flossies. They do not stink and they seem to last a while. http://www.merrickpetcare.com/store/...p?c=21&s=15054

| When I give Starsky one of those, he'll have it gone in a couple of hours. Shylah will work on her's for 2 days, unless Starsky or Haggis gets to it first.

| Tinka will not put hers down until it's gone or nearly gone. Kaya will chew for awhile then watch Tinka chew and try to steal hers. My baby Brea (12 weeks) chews for awhile then goes to play or takes a nap with it! It's hard to say how long they last cause if anyone puts them down, Tinka (miss piggy herself) will either hide them or eat them. omega |

| Pigs ears? Has anyone fed their babies a pigs ear. It sounds gross, but our butcher swears all dogs love them and that they are fully digestable? |

| Mine have also tried Kathryn's Pixie Sticks and I can add another recommendation -- the dogs love them and no stink! You could order a small package and see what you think. http://beyondspoiled.com/

| i give my boys beef tendons and flossies not made of "bully material". good stuff and they don't smell. a 6 inch flossie will probably last a couple days at a couple hours of chewing a day. |

| I buy the 12 inch thick bully sticks for Wesley and he goes through one in 3 sittings. He'll finish a flossie in about an hour. |
