| Mickey's ears are always down :( When I first got Mickey his ears were straight up he was 6 months when I got him. But ever since he started getting older his ears are always down. His ears are very large abnormal size I would say lol but I dont' mind he's still so cute! It hought maybe it was because the hair on his ears makes it heavy but It hink they are just to big or he's lazy. He puts them up every now and then but very very rare! Is this a bad thing? My vet didnt' seem to worry but I wanted to see if anyone else had this problem? I'll attach a picture to show you |

Donating YT 30K Club Member | He looks cute! You could try getting some of the weight of his hair off them to see if they will go up.

| Well - he really does appear to have one ton of hair on his ears. No doubt about that. My Yorkie's ears are all over the place all the time.... I keep the hair fairly short - and when he feels like it, he has no problem holding them straight up -which is a lot of the time. They fall down when he wags his tail - like a little rabbit. Good luck! Carol Jean |

| One of my dogs has ears that never did stand up. I call her flopsy at times cause her whole body is just like that - flopsy! I tried shaving the ears, taping them for quite a while and nothing helped her... I just have to live with the floppy ears... omega |

| I prefer the ears to stand, just my preference, but your baby is so cute!! So it doesn't really matter.

| Ears I am definitely not an expert but I would think that if the ears were standing when he was little, that you should keep them shaved now & surely they would stand, unless he's teething or something like that. Just a guess@ Donna |

| If she is over 6 months, I don't think taping it was work I would suggest trimming the hair on her ears. Good luck. |

| Shaving the ears should help. I bought my puppy at 13 weeks and her ears were down. I had the groomer shave them and they went up. He is really cute !!! |

Donating YT 14K Club Member | He is a cutie! He does have A LOT of hair on his ears, though weighing them down. I start tipping ears at 4-5 weeks and have not had ears flop yet. But, like I said, he's a cutie anyway!!!
