| Which food to buy? I have 9 week old yorkie, the breeder gave him to me with a small bag of purina puppy chow. I've decided to drive to the city tomorrow so I can go to Petco and get him some things. It's almost a 2 hour drive but its ok. I think I should change his food for a better one.. What do you guys think?. His coat is very short (shorter than all 9 week old yorkies ive seen) so I kinda want to get one that will help his coat but Im clueless. I know it will have to be a gradual change, im not going to change the food in one day, but if i get it tomorrow i can start little by little adding the new food. So in conclusion, which would be the best food to buy? TIA! |

| There is no one *best* food. There are many good ones. Just about anything is better than Puppy Chow, so you are on the right track. Is PetCo your only option? If so Natural Balance Ultra Premium is a good food. Otherwise try these websites to see if you have a store near you that carries one: www.canidae.com www.naturapet.com www.merrickpetcare.com www.innova.com http://www.oldmotherhubbard.com/dogs..._overview.html http://www.solidgoldhealth.com/
