Phantom Queen Morrigan Donating Member | Iams/Eukanuba food I was just curious to everyone's opinion on Iams food. I noticed a couple people say they give the food or treats to their puppies. A couple years ago I was informed of iamscruelty.com and haven't been a fan of iams since. I took that site to be truthful even tho i'm not a 100% PETA believer. They did have someone work there undercover for 10 months so it must be truthful to some extent even if they stretched it alittle. I haven't bought Iams and I tell everyone i know not to use it either. Everyone that i've told has had no idea about the company but once they looked at the website they stopped used the food as well. I just wanted to get the website out there for you guys to form you own opinion. Some people will see the site and be totally put off by Iams and others won't care/won't believe (because of some of PETA's outlandish behavior) and continue to use the food. I just want to inform people who don't know about the site so 'believers' can stop supporting a neglectful/harmful company. |

| There was a long thread about this within the last month. Unfortunately, I do feed Eukanuba and have not yet switched. Mine have always done so well on it and they really like it so I'm a little hesitant about switching. Here's the link http://www.yorkietalk.com/forums/sho...highlight=iams |

Phantom Queen Morrigan Donating Member | ah thanks for the link. i just read thru that thread too. Its good to know other people out there know about iamscruelty and don't feed their dogs iams/eukanuba based on what they've learned. I try not to use proctor and gamble products because they are the worst company out there that does animal testing. Its sad that they test on animals to make dog food. enough information should be known about what should and shouldn't go into food that they shouldn't need to test anymore or that regularly. And they shouldn't be so neglectful of their dogs and cats. |
