| That is abdominal surgery so she is having pain. Hopefully, you are giving her the pain pills on a scheduled time frame as opposed to "once in a whils"....keep her on an even keel with pain relief and when you pick her up, do not put a hand under her tummy where they did her surgery....pick her up with support across her chest/between her front legs, and then slide/support her butt with the other hand. |

Furbutts = LOVE Donating Member Moderator | Spay surgery is *major* surgery - so I'm not surprised she is still in pain. Just be very careful with her, and make sure you give her the pain meds on time, at the right time.

| Winnie just had hers. She was down for one day. 2nd day she was running around. I penned her up.For her own good. The 3rd day she was like normal. 7 days later still good. She's super tough or the Vet is really good. But she didn't have any problem waking from anesthesia either. 3lbs. She had her blood check, micro chip and spay...Sore only for one day. When she pottied she cried. |
