YT Addict | Are you listing these as "good" foods or bad???? I just recently switched to TOW and my dogs love it and it really seems to have helped their digestive systems!!!!

YT Addict | Sorry.......I feel stupid. I just now saw Natural Balance listed on there. Wow.....now I'm worried. I've been having such an issue with kibble and getting my two to eat. Which food would you suggest that is "grain free"? Like I said before...........I heard such great things about TOW and my dogs love it! Do you think I should change their food again?

| I have no clue what to feed mine now, I was feeding SD Nature Best they quit making it so I tried the Ideal Balance which looks the same but they don't make it in small bites and my little guys do not like the larger kibble, I am on the last large bag of the Nature Best so I need to find something pretty soon here. I will not feed a diamond product if I know it's made by diamond. I quit feeding merrick because of all there recalls.

| That is horrible! I decided after reading about diamonds recalls not to go with any of the food associated with them. My next purchase will be either Fromm, Acana or Orijen. I like to check out companies on the BBB, Fromm Family food gets an A plus on the BBB. You can check out TOTW, they have several complaints. I feed Sheldon Now Small Breed grain free (tiny kibble) but wanted to change to a food that has a single protein ingredient to figure out what is causing his dry skin and itchy paws and also because it costs 24 bucks. I just got samples of TOTW (already in the garbage) and will be getting some from NB that will head that way too. Good luck! |

| I am checking out Fromm also, Taste of the Wild is a Diamond product so it's a NO NO.. I would like a company like Fromm that has it's own plant where the food is made. I often wonder with plants like Diamond that make so many different brands of food do really get NB and Taste of the wild are some other brand of food they make.

| Anyone know who makes Nature's Domain (also a Costco food)? I use that alot with my rescues! Disappointed with this news - looking at switching my dogs that many where in NB to something better like Fromm.

Nature's Domain™ is made by Diamond Pet Foods in three company owned manufacturing facilities, all in the United States. One is located in California, one in Missouri and one in South Carolina. I switched Riley from TOTW to FROMM about 3-weeks ago and am soooooo Glad I did! He Loves it! I feed him Primal Premade Frozen Raw in the mornings and if I remember to put some in the fridge before I leave for work he will also get it for dinner.... if I don't he Gobbles up the FROMM Kibble. I bought a bag of Four Star Chicken A La Veg and Four Star Pork & Applesauce and he Loves both! | |

| I feed Evenger's white fish and sweet potato. You can go to their site and see how it is made. It is made in the state of Illinois. It seems to be a pretty good food. My girls really like it. It comes in small bites. Linda, Sassy and Patti |

| Ya, my cats do great on Fromm, and their canned foods my dogs love! I also really like Canine Caviar - a bit pricy but well worth it!

| Hmmm... very few brands do I personally trust and like in my non professional opinion. Fromm Acana Now!/Go! Earthborn I like what I've seen of Canine Caviar and Addiction too. Oh and The Honest Kitchen seems like such a reputable company, but the foods are so weird, Jax won't eat them, LoL.

| I love that Addiction offers very novel protein options. When my Aiyana started having major food allergy symptoms my dermatologist vet wanted her off any protein she'd ever had and anything similar to it - didn't leave many options! Addiction and Canine Caviar are the only companies that had foods appropriate for her - Kangaroo, Eel, Beaver - plenty of options to try to find one she'd like!
