| Complicated urinary tract infection I have a 4 year old spayed female yorkie named Charlie. She has a history of complicated urinary tract infections and bladder stone surgery at 2.5. She is now only eating Royal Canin SO14 food for this problem. Has anyone else had trouble with urinary tract infections/ bladder stones? I am considering the nutraceutical supplement called cranitidine which is a cranberry based product to manipulate urine pH. Any thoughts? |

Donating YT 30K Club Member | Welcome! 2 of mine have had several UTI's. They were given antibiotics and some cranberry type supplement for short term use. I would check with your vet on the cranitidine for daily use. Maybe someone will post their experience with it.
