| The dose is 0.5-2mg/lb 2-3x daily. So if these are 12.5mg tablets, then yes, a 10 pound dog could take one. However, even though it's OTC, there are still side effects and there are still times when it's contraindicated. Also, it may cuase them to be sleepy (or the opposite), but isn't really used to stop nausea. Your pup's vet should figure the dose and advise on whether this is a good choice.

| Ialways uses it with my bichon who has allergies. Vet always told me to use it for car sicknes too. |
