| yorkie puppy feeding schedule help Hello everyone. Hopefully someone can help me. I have a 4 month old little furball name Bella. Her feeding schedule is 8am 12pm 4pm and 8pm. I am feeding her in small portion but at times she vomits her food. When I wait a bit longer, she would threw up white bale. What should I do? Any tips will help. Thank you.

| I free feed. So far I don't have any problems with Lulu eating too much. I put 1/2 her daily portion in her bowl in the morning & refill it with the second 1/2 when it gets low. Most days she never eats the full portion for the day. I understand that some are unable to free feed because their baby will eat everything in the bowl & as a result be eating too much daily. But it's working great for us so far.

| I must not be feeding mine enough because I only feed twice a day for my 5 month old. I give him about 1/8 cup in the morning around 7 and then another 1/8 cup about 5 or so. He's doing okay on that but since you're feeding your puppy 4 times a day I wonder if I should be feeding mine more? He does well on the kibble I'm feeding which is Nature're Recipe but I'm slowly switching it to Orijen. Sorry I can't help. |
