| Two thumbs up for NV Raw I gave Tinkerbell her first taste of NV raw tonight and it was a big hit. I gave her 1 medallion of chicken and it was gone in less than 30 seconds!! She has never eaten that well for me. Time will tell as to how well she does on this diet, but I am so happy to finally see her eat with so much gusto. My plan is to give her the raw for breakfast and dinner and let her munch on a little of the Instinct grain free kibble for lunch. For those that have been feeding this for a while, how long should I wait before I try another protein source? I am thinking about trying the lamb next. |

| I feed NV raw, too. I have a very picky eater (Maltese), she's been picky for 14 years. Before the NV raw, the best I could ever hope for was to find a kibble she liked, and let her graze on it all day. NV raw is the only thing she's ever eaten as soon as I put it down. It is really nice to put down the food in the morning, and have it disappear right away, I know she is putting something in her empty stomach. Now my Yorkie is a good eater, I've never seen her turn anything down. I change the protein with every bag, so it doesn't get boring. You can switch between the raw, canned, and kibble with NV, without regard to the protein source, as often as every meal if you want. There is no need to transition when switching off between their varieties.

YT 1000 Club Member | Mine love NV also. I can only switch between the beef and chicken medallion as mune won't eat the bison . I do use a little canned merrick or wellness to mix the food up with the kelp powder i put in and they eat it all and clean the bowl out. Today I am mixing the beef with a little rabbit.

Furbutts = LOVE Donating Member Moderator | Yay! How exciting!!! I usually just switch between purchases. For example, I have 3 bags of Duck right now - when I'm through with that, I may switch for the next 3 or 6.

| Thanks for the advice. It is very exciting to see her enjoying her food so much! Is that a photo of Wylie in your avatar? He is such a cutie pie. I need to get a photo of Tink in my avatar soon. |
