| Thoughts on Rescue Remedy? Anti-stress all natural drops My puppy has severe separation anxiety and I have been doing a lot of research on how I can help her with that. I heard that rescue remedy is safe and does wonders. Has anyone tried this? How has it worked? |

| It works fantastic! Buy the regular because it's the same as the one labeled for dogs but priced less.

| I have tried it on various pups for various issues and it has not worked; BUT, I do know many people swear by it. Harmless to try...and it may work!

Since rescue remedy has been used for years with good results you can use either. I have been using it for a couple of months. I stopped last week just because I guess. I really don't know if it works because I leave right away after giving it to him. I put peanut butter in a natural bone with a couple of cheerios mixed in and was dropping in 3-4 drops of the RR and giving him the bone and running out the door. I used the regular one. Buddy is 16lbs.

Yep, that's exactally what I do and pull the dinning room chair up to the door and wiggle myself out so he won't scratch the door and get splinter's in his pads. It's not easy getting out the door to work in the morning. My boss should appriciate my efforts to get in on time, don't you think?

| So this is safe to use with puppies? Is there a minimum weight or weight recommendation?

Really? I was told by a representative at Whole Foods that they are the same but repackaged because of people insisting that the packaging saying it was for dogs. I use the regular one and I use the one for sleep (on me) sometimes too. It does help me sleep. Cerise never needs that one because she sleeps well everynight, even through my tossing and turning LOL

| [QUOTE=Cerise;3086179]Really? I was told by a representative at Whole Foods that they are the same but repackaged because of people insisting that the packaging saying it was for dogs. That's just silly. Most reps have no clue what they are talking about. The one for pet's is alcohol free. |

And that was a Rescue Remedy rep that just happened to be in Whole Foods. The content is so small that it isn't harmful. He said they made the pet one because of the pet industry people basically panicking about what if's, but there isn't any problem with using the regular and it was the one people used on pets for many, many years. Of course the pet version cost more
