| eats off and on My Maddie is almost 2. I have yet to find a dry kibble that she loves. I have tried MANY. Right now she is on Natures Variety Prairie, before that Natural Balance. She has never eaten her kibble regularly without something mixed in with it, be it shredded cheese, cooked ground turkey, or now, canned chicken breast. I don't add a lot, just something to get her interested. My question is, some days I put her food down and she will scarf it down like it's the best thing in the world, the next day she will sniff it and walk away (I don't free feed). For example, last weekend she ate every meal, every bit of kibble. Starting Sunday night, she ate about half. Monday and Tuesday, again about half of each meal. This a.m. I put her food down and she didn't even come to sniff it. Just ignored it. She weighs about 7 lbs, not acting like she doesn't feel well. She just does this about once a month or so I would guess. ???? Any help would be appreciated. |
