| Loose stools or diarreha only in the morining Has anyone had any experience with diarreha or loose stools only in the morning? Tatum is 5 mths old and eat Natures Variety Instinct as her diet. For the last week she has been battling this. Its really strange that as the day goes on her stools are firm. I have had her stool checked for parasites. It was negative and the vet wasn't too concerned since it was one stool a day. I have tried a bland diet and yogurt but nothing seems to be helping. I am beginning to think she might have a bacteria infection or something. Has anyone ever delt with this before?? Thanks for listening.

Donating YT 4000 Club Member | I had a similar problem with my Prada not too long ago, I took her to the regular Vet and she was tested for everything including a blood panel since she was being spayed last month too.. everything was normal, after her surgery the problem still was the same, loose stools in the morning, I made an appt with my holistic vet and she suggested to add some 100% can pumkin to her dinner one teaspoon 3 times a week. so far so good, Prada is doing great, her poops are firm and not stinky either. I feed her Innova, now I give the pumkin to all 3 dogs. Forgot to tell you Prada is 7 months old now.. hugs, cArmen in nj Last edited by carmen in nj; 02-20-2009 at 05:33 AM.
