| what is a wt ounce? Ellie's new recipe calls for it and I don't know what it is. It reads 1 wt-oz. It is the amount of chicken. Is it wet ounce maybe? Weight ounce? I feel like I should know this.

| It may mean measured weight (like on a scale) rather than a measuring cup. |

| My first and only guess is one ounce of chicken measured on a scale. I guess I will go with that but they could have just said 1 ounce and forgot the wt part.
