I've never read of anyone having this problem. Kind of like saying my body is too firm how can I make it flabbier. There are thinning sheers, and they cut sections of hair out, maybe like every tenth hair, make sure you cut the hair with the topknot in place so you won't cut any forehead hair too short. Comb the cut hair out with a fine tooth comb, after every few cuts, so you don't over thin it. You would probably want to cut an inch or so above the band.

I ♥ Joey & Ralphie! Donating Member | I couldn't find any good pictures, but thinning sheers have one edge that look like a comb with teeth, so when you cut into the hair, only some hairs are cut. Here's a small picture. Amazon.com: Sephora Brand Stainless Steel...

| Oh I would not cut it! You will have little hairs sticking out. Just put less in the band.
