| Well i didnt see anyone answer so i made a call to one of the places i used to take my furball to get groom, it seems that the grooming school is about 4 weeks long in most schools at least here in CA and that is for the basics if u want to learn doggy CPR and other stuff and get certfied they had like one week for CPR etc, money$ depends on the school saw diferent prices the most expensive i saw was about 4500-8000. Here is a local in CA website but im sure if you do a google and ur state some will come up for you hope it helps. WagMyTail.com - Pet Grooming is Our Business i'm will start grooming my 2 yorkies soon but i just ordered a DVD from Sue since i saw so many good reviews here in YT. Good Luck!!!! | My mother used to teach grooming as an adult education class at the local community college. If you can find a class at a community college it would be much less expensive. |

| I know thre are a few grooming schools here in the Phoenix area. I cant remember the names of them. There is a bullitin board at Ryans Pet/Grooming supply at 19th street and McDowell. I think some are advertised there. I also bet that the employees at Ryans can help you as well. I learned froma groomer for "free". Basically I worked for no pay and they taught me how to groom. You might go that route also. Best of luck!!!!!!!! |
