| Have anyone been to training at the new PetSmart in Yonkers? I need a few feedback from anyone who's gone to training at the new PetSmart store in Yonkers. Yesterday was my second class and I am really dissapointed. Comments are welcome since I am planing on droping the class and look for another session elsewhere.

| No I haven't used the one in Yonkers, however, I did use the one in Nanuet, Rockland Cty and was also disappointed. The trainer had eyes only for the bigger dogs drumming up business telling the owners how private training will help their 'SO SMART" dogs. I was disgusted to be honest. |

| Huge Disappointment Well, I feel that I am at boot camp instead of training. The trainer just reads from a booklet half of the session and enjoys calling me out. I don't push my Koda to eat many teats because she gets full to quick. I am not happy in that class

| im sorry you guys were disapointed with ur lessons... it sounds like your trainer is new.... we have a booklet that tells us what to say word by word actually and it sounds like your trainer isnt as experienced as she should be if she has it out during class to figure out what shes supose to do and say. talk to the manager of the store... they can give u a refund if your unhappy... and hopefull you can find a instructor that makes you feel more comfortable. you should be having fun... not dread going to class...
