| dog friendly Florida travel We want to take a road trip to Florida. I know they have good dog friendly lodging. Are there any dog friendly activities? Like boat trips or garden tours?

| I am in Sarasota right now & my 2 have been to the Farmer's Market which is downtown on Saturdays - dogs everywhere & at least 2 pet stores in the area. Lots of outside dining with doggies all about. They have swam in the Bay and we will go tomorrow to a doggie beach in Venice. Also, in Sarasota we have been shopping in St. Armand's Circle -- every store has let us in with the dogs & fussed over them -- also lots of outdoor dining. We are going to go on a boat tour & I will be checking to see if the furbabies can come. Also, there is a park we are going to go to - not sure what my mom said the name is. You might want to check out FloridaPets.net - The Web's #1 resource for all that is pet friendly in Florida -- they do have a message board on that site. (also you might want to post your question in the Regional area of YT) Also, Florida Pet Friendly-Information for Pets and Owners- Hotels, Dining, Parks, and Beaches How Pet-Friendly Is Florida?
