Default Help with bell to potty train

Hi, I have a 15wk old male yorkie, he is probably 85-90% potty trained now, and we read a lot of people had success with the bell for their puppies letting them know when they want to go outside to potty. But for some reason our little fearless leader (who isn't really afraid of ANYTHING) does seem to be afraid of these mysterious bells hanging from the doorknob. If anyone has any ideas on how to make him feel more comfortable with the bells please let me know. He already tries his best to tell us, but we figure the bells would make it easire on both him and us. Thank you very much!!

Easy. We had this problem at first and now we have a little bell ringer. Take his paw and ring the bell and give him a treat at the same time. Do this for a while and then ask him to ring the bell then give him a treat. Then switch to ringing the bell, going outside to potty and THEN getting the yummy treat. Bells aren't so scary when they mean he gets yummy treats.
