| Lost yorkie!! - south florida Hey all I live in the SW Ranches/ Davie area in Ft.Lauderdale. My Yorkie was in the backyard playing when he got out of the gate... we searched from 4pm to 3am... and no luck.. to top it all off there was a terrible storm out. Last time he did this he came back to the front door and scratched on it so we would open it, this time he did not do that I'm worried sick, especially since we have BUFO toads at night in south florida (they are toxic to dogs and can easily kill smaller breeds) I'm thinking maybe someone picked him up since we couldn't find him anywhere before sun down. We put up flyers everywhere hoping the person that took him would give him back. He has a microchip so if they go to the vet we can get him back. We are all worried sick and hope my yorkie comes home so prayy prayy .. he does he's so little!! http://c3.ac-images.myspacecdn.com/i...2d73dff5ba.jpg there's a picture of him. Any reassurances? has anyone every lost a dog and found it later on? he's been gone 2 nights now |

| Make sure you read this post: http://www.yorkietalk.com/forums/gen...st-yorkie.html made by Simon&Hallie and made into a stickie so we could always have easy access to refer to it. It gives all sorts of information on finding a lost dog. Hope you find something there to help. Praying you find your little one quickly!

| I am so sorry. I know you are worried sick. I really hope that someone picked him up trying to be nice and will find out he has a microchip. I will be praying for his safe return. Please keep us updated.

| it has almost been a month and we have found not a single trace of our yorkie ... we called vets and animal hospitals no one saw him dead on the side of the road or anything.. i have a feeling someone took him.. and have not seen the thousands of signs.. or they are just keep them for themselves. I just hope some person didn't pick him up just to sell him. |
