| What Happened This This Thread From This Morning? FROM LUVSYORKIES http://www.yorkietalk.com/forums/sho...0&goto=newpost i was going to reply that the ad she was referring everyone to is a scam... here was my reply.... hello thanks for the interest in my lovely pup. She is still very much available for new home. She is 12 weeks old, She is fully registered and her shots are given up to date, All her papers will accompany her, But right now i am in Africa on a Christian mission with my wife and we have her right here with us, And i hope you are also a good christian that will take very good care of our baby. We are going to ship her to you via Express Pets Delivery on next day delivery after shipment through a shipping agent, I am leaving her for $400 with the shipping and Handling fee you will be making payment via western union. If you are interested in having her, I want you to get back to me with your full name , address phone number including the nearest airport to you. Please if you know that you are not going to take very good care of my baby do not reply me because i am only giving her out because we don't have time to take care of her again due to the mission work before us here. Await your response. Thanks and God Bless you Regards mike paul HAS THIS THREAD BEEN DELETED FOR SOME REASON??

| Prolly a scammer then. I wouldn't trust anyone selling a yorkie in Africa. Too many scammers claiming to be in Africa. |

I Love Thor Donating Member | I don't know if the Yter was trying to scam people but she did post a link to the ad. It sounded like she was trying to be helpful, but maybe a little uninformed...she didn't sound like she was trying to get one over on anyone. But as always, you can never be to cautious when buying a puppy, especially online from someone you don't know. |

| I agree that maybe she was just trying to be helpful. It is frustrating when dealing with people online. i have my babies posted on Livedeal and have gotten several inquiries. i have had at least three in the past two dayss that are scams. First it is an inquiry. i recognized the scams right away and told them I was reporting them. they thanked me for responding so fast and then asked for all my info so they could get a three thousand dollar money order which I am to cash and send back to them all except the price of the puppy. Oh, and their agent will pick the puppy up at the airport. it just makes me so mad. We get a lot of those on the beagles, too. i think these people think that because we are in kentucky, we must be like the beverly Hillbillies and very ignorant. it would probably surprise them that a lot of people in kentucky, myself included, are college educated. it just irks me to no end. And there isn't even a place on livedeal that I have found, to report it. |
