I have tried several times to use the instuctions posted about resizing pix.... can anyone help i think its way time for a new photo of casper.....

Are you using irfanview? It's a free program to resize pictures.

Avatars can be a maximum of 75 by 75 pixels and up to 18kb in file size.

If you have paint shop pro you can resize it really easy. Go up to Image, and then resize. Easy peezy.
