Lethargic Yorkie Hi I am new to the forum and I just have a quick question. My Jax is 3 years old and he has been in perfect health since we adopted him 2 years ago. We recently decided to adopt a new friend. We had to drive an hour to the rescue and an hour back. Jax does not like the car...at all! He seemed fine last night and energetic. He ate his dinner, pooped, peed and slept well. This morning he drank water, peed, and seemed fine. Now he is very lethargic and not his normal peppy self. Should I be worried? Could he just be exhausted from all the excitement yesterday, riding in the car and meeting two new dogs? The Vet said to only worry if he starts to vomit or have diarrhea, but he just isn't acting normal. Any thoughts

I would follow what your vet suggested...sounds like he is reacting to new pups brought into the family!! He is pouting!! Just watch him and as long as there are no other symptoms, like nausea, trembling, diarrhea, strange behavior/movements/crying as if in pain, or flinching when touched.....he is reacting to his new housemates!

Is your baby still good? Try not to go into the weekend with an "iffy" situation!
