| How large is the bump? What is the texture (hard, squishy, soft)? Has Charlie seemed irritated by the bump, paid any attention to it, or chewed/scratched on it? My Levi had what our vet thought was a small benign little tumor. Healed up with a few steroids, but could have required surgery. Glad you have a vet appointment scheduled - I'd make sure to get him in ASAP. |

YorkieTalk Newbie! | its not hard, but its not squishy either. its small and light pink.. it doesnt seem to bother him whatsoever. he runs around on it like its nothing. the closest thing I could compare to would be a small little cyst that I saw on google images.

| Gizmo had a sore on his foot that was right in between his "toes". Here's the image He ended up stepping on a piece of glass or something sharp outside. He was put on antibiotics and I soaked it in warm water with epsom salt every night for about a week. It's gone now.

| Not sure why people do this. How could anyone possibly know if they had the same problem? Good luck at the vet. After you get a diagnosis, perhaps you can ask if anyone has had experience with it.

OP, is the bump changing in size at all? My Emmett had a small pink bump on his tummy last Saturday, and since then it has grown in size. The vet seems to think it is a cyst or a skin tumor. I have scheduled a surgery for Oct. 3rd to have it removed. I'll be praying for good news from your vet!
