| My boyfriend sat on Fido - help ! My boyfriend is 250 pounds (115 kilo's) sat on Fido by accident He sat on his lower back, his back feet and tail. Fido ran away with his tail between his legs into his cage , I looked over him and felt his body and he did not hurt anywhere so I could see. This happened about an hour ago, I took him out for a 5 minute run and he could walk and run with his tail up and no proplem, he does not hurt I think right now but he HATES my boyfriend He doesnt even look at him and just runs away !! Should I let the vet check him out on monday (all vets are closed on weekends here and its really really expensive to call out a vet when there isnt a clinic open), or should I just wait and see if he behaves unusually ?? Has this happened to your dogs and did the dog hurt? what happened?? Fido will not get to be in the bed again when my boyfriends around ! my bf doesnt look on the bed before he sits down he just sits and he's pretty big ! and Fido is only 14 pounds ! I sit here almost crying Im so scared he hurt himself somehow ! please help me with this and tell me whats best to do.

| If this happened an hour ago and he seems ok.. I would just observe him over the weekend and if you are still concerned on Monday take him to the vet. Of course if there are any changes before then, you will have to bite the bullet and take him to an emergency vet. You need to teach boyfriend the yorkie shuffle.. he needs to learn to always be observant of where he is stepping or sitting when there is a toy dog around

| Fido is still doing good and behaves normally, he's not as afraid of my boyfriend (he can now lay next to him). I still check him over about every hour but he never seems to hurt, just afraid of my baby I want him to be safe

I hope Fido is doing well today. It's going to take some serious "sucking up" by your BF to gain Fido's trust again.
