Yorkie Yakker | A Big Thanks..... Hello Everyone......As some of you know, we said a sad goodbye to small little Kia a while back. I just wanted to say thank you to all of you that supported us, guided us, and sent your prayers to us and Kia. We were just heartbroken and I literally have been just frozen in grief over her short life with us. Out of grief sometimes comes inspiration, please check out our newest endeavor...blanketsoflove.... blanketing as many animals as we can in the love they deserve. Thank you again for your care....Susan Last edited by Wylie's Mom; 06-27-2010 at 08:30 PM. |

Furbutts = LOVE Donating Member Moderator | Susan, it is so good to see you here! Many of us were very touched by Kia's story and were so sad when she passed. You gave her the very best one could give, truly. I really admire what you did for little Kia. I hope we continue to see you here, when you're able.

Yorkie Yakker | Kia I have to say that being a part of Kia's life was absolutely the most wonderful experience of my life. She taught me to never give up. The last time I saw Kia I walked into the vets office, my girls had been down many times and had decorated her little area, and she got up and yipped at me as if to say that she was ok....you know, I can't go on. At some point I will finish Kia's story on my blog. Suffice to say that the nights have been long, how can one very small little girl leave such a very large hole in my heart. |

| That's what Yorkies do. As much happiness as they bring us while they are here, you get double the sadness and loneliness when they are gone. I, personally, cannot live without them. Life is just not fun without them. When God decides He wants them back, I feel He is telling me there is one out there that needs me more than the one he took back. And so the cycle continues...
