| Hypoglycemia My Zsa Zsa had a terrible bout with this last night. I was unaware that they may acquire this and needless to say, I hope to never have to witness this again. SHe is fine now, but I will monitor her every minute of the day to ensure she doesn't have to suffer through it again. ANybody else experience this episode? ANy suggestions as to how to prevent it and immediate treatment? |

| It is actually very common for the breed especially in the first year of life. They sell something called Nutrical in pet stores that you can give them. Also you can give a small amount of Karo syrup if you see symptoms. Even 1 skipped meal can cause an episode so I would give one of those products if you are having trouble getting yours to eat. Also too much playing and running can also cause so look out for it. Hope this helps and good luck!!

Donating YT 30K Club Member | Glad Zsa Zsa is ok now. My Cali had several bouts of it when she was a puppy. The best thing to do is like Sophie Love said.
