| Worms?? I'm not sure if I found a worm in Fergie's BM today? Would I only find just 1 or would I find multiple ones? What color are they and/or what do they look like? I'm waiting for her to go again so I can inspect one more time. |

| There are different kin d of worms. Tapeworms are the most common and they are white and look like a grain of rice

| They can also be almost too small to see. Take a poo sample, large enough to check several places, to your vet and ask for it to be tested. Different worms require different medication -- you want to be sure you get the right one.

| There are two types of tapeworms.....one can looking like rice, the other identified the look of flat like string. So, when treating for tapeworms, they need to be identified as with other worms to insure the proper meds are being administered to take care of the problem.

| How soon after did you notice? My mom and I noticed years back little white "worm like" things on my boxers poop. We brought it in to the vets for a sample and he said that the poop was not fresh and that flies had laid eggs on it, it was maggots on the poop. |
