| Yearly shots now not doing well I took my Yorkie in on Tues for yearly check up and shots. She has been itching so after checking her over he decided to give her a cordisone shot. Since we came home she has not been acting the same. I thought she might be sore for the first couple of days but it is now Sat and her nose is warm. She eats/drinks and plays a little but sleeps alot. Could this be a reaction or is it something totally different? |

| Lethargy is normal after vaccines but it should be gone by now. Are her gums pink? You will probably need to call the vet.

| Hello My yorkie went to the vet on Monday and started doing the same thing...(scratching but she broke out in hives). The vet gave her a shot like benadryl. She eats/drinks and play a little and sleeps alot also. Did you ever find out what is wrong? |

| welcome Welcome both of u to YT, and Congrats on your new furbabies, I would call the vet, after a day or two, I agree ! U should split up their shots, I think it's just to much for their little body. I drive 1hour one way to my vet and I always split their shots. Now my vet nurse always calls me the next day after a visit to their office to see how the puppy/dog is doing. Hope all turns out ok ! keep us posted. bark@ulater!!!! manina, miley, max |
