| Peeing more, drinking more, blood in the urine, peeing in areas their not supposed to and Im sure there are more. If you suspect it could be a UTI it is best to have it checked. One gal on here dog was just peeing in the house when it normally didnt and it ended up that the dog had a UTI

Donating YT 30K Club Member | Like Chachi said and one think Cali did was like herself down there because she had some crystals in her urine and they irritated her when she peed. Hope this helps

| My girl didn't have a very good appetite. She took forever to go potty outside... kept squatting and not going. She started going in the house in odd places. It was her not eating that got me worried so I took her in and got the meds and probiotics for her - she now has her appetite back and is doing great. |

| My Maya would just have accidents all over and some times she would be scratching to get a good spot on the bed and it would just pour out of her while she was standing. Also she would lick a lot. She also has a problem with leaking urine which she now takes medicine for twice a day.

| A urinalysis is quick and cheap. Better to get tested soon if she has the some of the symptoms. Delaying gives the bacteria a chance to spread to major organs and cause permanent damage. Some of the same symptoms of a UTI can also be symptoms of stones or diabetes. Good luck and keep us posted! |

| Peeing frequently but not a lot each time My Bailey got a UTI after she was spayed. She yipped about every 30 minutes to go potty outside, and she would only pee a tiny bit each time. She peed in her kennel & yipped a lot to go outside which were my signs to take her to the vet. Also, she would only pee a tiny bit each time (vet said that was a sign along w/the frequent peeing). She got some additional meds (already had pain medication from the spay but they put her on antibiotics too) & it took about a week for her to get back to normal.
