There has to be a vet somewhere. At 12 weeks, this could very quickly be an emergent situation - or, even a life threatening situation once dehydration sets in (which could happen today).

What is he eating? How is his activity? What is his weight?

You could give some canned pumpkin. There are meds you could give, but I really don't think you should give them to an abandoned pup. A pup this age could have many other things going on - and I don't know if you found them outside or...?

I would get him to a vet ASAP.

Feed him some canned pumpkin. How long has he had diarrhea? I ask because you dont want to let it go too long or he will dehydrate. If you dont see improvement right away he needs to be seen by a vet. When my chach was 8 weeks he got diahrea and I didnt take him to the vets for a couple of days and he had to be given fluids intraveniously

Gosh, I wish I could help....Let's see.
Make sure the pup is getting plenty of water so it doesn't become dehydrated.
What is he or she eating? Do you have any idea if they've had any shots or been wormed?

If you knew what exactly was wrong, then you could probably get more help.

You might need to feed him/her something to firm up the poop. A little cheese, cottage cheese, canned pumpkin.

I wish I had some really good advice for you.

Bump for someone who knows what they are talking about.

i ont know i they have had anything! I volunteer at the local pound, and the officers where away at a convention thing so there were no drop offs allowed... a lady had just found them walking on a gravel road... i feel so helpless... and i am worried that if it is anything contagious... i have my 2 dogs (1 just got neutered yesterday) and the other 4 pups!

PLEASE don't introduce cow products to a puppy this age when he is having severe diarrhea! For food, just give plain carb like mashed potato or white rice.

He needs to see a vet.

I am still concerned that you say its forceful diarrhea. I still think he needs to be seen by a vet

Just fyi, the rice won't do anything for the diarrhea. It's just that I don't think you should withhold food from a 12 week old pup - and if it's feeding time, I'd probably feed this instead of kibble. Are you adding canned pumpkin then?
