| bleeding??? I have been noticing that one of my dogs keeps her tail down quite a bit and keeps licking her *u know what*. So I took a look down there and noticed that she is bleeding. She was in heat about 3 weeks ago. I find this weird, cause her behavior is totally different from when she was in heat 3 weeks ago, than how she is acting now. Her *u know what* is darker in color, and I'm not sure if this is normal or not. Does anybody have any advice for me? If I need to make a vet appt. I need to know by early tomm morning cause they are only open til noon.. but I dont go to the vert if this is normal.

| A female shouldn't be bleeding at this time...perhaps she is having something called a split heat or she may have an infection? I would take her temp and call your vet tomorrow.
