little bump on her sholder..... I noticed Momiji got this little bump on her shoulder. It is about size of black-eyed pea or smaller. She seems she can careless about the bump so I guess not painful. It is hard to the touch. My groomer think it is just fat deposit. I will keep eye on her but do you have any information about this little bump?? I can't take picture since she will not stay still and I live alone so I don't have anyone to ask for help. (and it is under all that hair....) Any information will be appreciated!!!

Is the bump under the skin? The first time I notice a knot under Ritzie's skin around her shoulder, I found it was from her shots and went away after a week or 2. Hope everything turns out okay.

It is under the skin. She had her rabies shot about 2 weeks ago but her shot was on her neck... does that make any difference?? I'm sure she is fine. She eats fine, pee fine, poop fine, sleeps fine, and play fine. If even one of them are not fine, I'll start worry but she is more playful than usual so I'm sure she is just fine!!! Thanks for your info!!!

Donating YT 30K Club Member | Pixie had a bump also from her rabies vaccine so maybe that's what it is. It probably is nothing to worry about like you said.

If she just had her rabies shot it is a good possibility that is what it is. Ritzie's started out small then got bigger before it went away. She just had her shot's on Monday in the neck so I will see if she gets it again this time. Keep us posted.

Thank you all for your comforting words. I did freak out at first when I felt the bump. It wasn't because she got bump but I thought "How did I miss this bump until today??" I brush her every day (well, almost everyday...) and touch her all over every day and didn't realize until last Thursday. (almost one week after the rabies shot) I felt I'm a bad mom... not knowing what is going on with my baby.... I didn't have a chance to come to YT until today because I have been sick till yesterday..... I'll keep eyes on the bump and let you know if anything new happens!!!
