wow my hubby came home from work and was petting my tucker and called to me to feel the side of his neck he has a very large lump ?i dont know if this could be his glan or what.my layla has her sergery in the morning so i plan on taking tucker with us this really worries me.he dont act sick and he still my barker but this lump isnt right.and thoughts would help

it could be a lymph node. definitely needs to be checked out by your vet. hope its nothing serious.

My Sons Puppy Pitt Bull had enlarged Lymph Nodes in her neck on her Vet visit. She had a respitory infection. He gave her antibiotics to clear it up.

He didn't recently have a shot in that area did he? Pixie just had a lump on her right hind area and I took her in to the vet today and it is from her rabies shot 2 weeks ago.

no all his shots were done in sept.and i didnt notice it last night when i brushed him.its like it came out so fast and like i said its very big he dont seem to be in any pain even when i touch it.i have to have layla to the vet at 10am he is deff going with me.i will let you know what the vet saids.

i checked him this morning and its still there.so i will take him to the vet at 10am this morning when i drop layla off to get spayed il let ya all know what he saids.im so worried about the both of them i hardly got any sleep.poor layla thinks im being mean no treats this morning she looks at me like whats going on mom??where my treat it makes me so sad that i cant give her any thing

well im home and i should be able to pick layla up around 4 or 5 pm.
as for tucker the vet asked me if there was anyway he could have been
rough houseing with another dog cuz the bump on his neck seem to be on the surface.well ofcourse i said yes him and kacee fight everyday to be the first one out the door.so were thinking that is what happened he did give me 2 meds and wants to see if the lump gos down.and will recheck him in about a week.the vet said the glans will sometimes do that if they get bit a certain way.so i will keep you all posted.andi will update agin when i have my layla home this afternoon which cant come soon enough.thanks everyone

Hi that is GREAT news that Layla's surery went well, Let's hope Tuckers lump is nothing, and goes away very soon.

I know what you mean by NO SLEEP. I have had 3 Yorkies and have 2 now, and I really know how you feel.

Wow so glad All went well I was Worried about Sweet Tucker. Happy Layla's Surgery went well.
