| I'm not sure what's in the baby food pumpkin but you need to give the 100% canned pumpkin

| I would read the label, most likely it has a little sugar in it. I always use plain canned pumpkin and you can freeze the left over pumpkin by dropping spoonfuls on wax paper on a plate, freezing it and after it is frozen just put the frozen pumpkin in a ziplock bag. I have a tiny 5 month old puppy now that has been having problems with constipation and I have been giving him about 1/2 teaspoon of pumpkin mixed with a tiny bit of karo syrup and he loves it and no more constipation. |
